PCT Nano Zerk 377

PCT Nano Zerk 377 is a dry-in-place cleaner and conversion coating. This product has both a nano component, zirconium and a rust inhibitor.

The nano component bonds the metal to the powder coat the zirconium adds corrosion protection.

The rust inhibitor will allow you to let the parts sit in-plant for up to a week before you powder coat. This product can be used on steel, aluminum, stainless steel and any metal alloys including magnesium alloys.

You can also use it on coated steals such as galvanized, galvanneal, or aluminized.
